"Working Wisdom: Using Type In Your Career"

Presented by Serena Santillanes

Using Jung's theory and the MBTI® instrument as a framework, we will explore how to use type in your career journey by answering three questions: 1) Where are you now in your career? 2) Where are you going in your career? 3) How do you get there? No matter what age or stage, understanding style and its applications at work, can be a crucial part of effective lifelong career development. Career Counselors and Human Resources/Learning and Development professionals will also find this workshop useful for coaching clients of all ages.

Through case examples and hands-on exercises, come discover how to use type:

  • To analyze your work type versus true type
  • To create your personal career brand
  • To understand the best career strategies to help you or those around you
