Chandrababu Naidu has emerged as one of the kingmakers in the National Democratic Alliance (NDA)'s record third straight victory.

The newly elected members of the BJP-led NDA are scheduled to meet today to elect Narendra Modi as their leader (prime minister). After Modi's election as the NDA leader, prominent NDA members—Nitish Kumar and Chandrababu Naidu, among others—are probably going to accompany Modi to the President to submit the list of MPs who back him and assert his claim to form the government.
